Administration Building

The heart of PLACES, Inc. lies in Downtown Dayton, on the 7th floor of the Beerman Building, located at 11 W. Monument Avenue.

The Administrative Office provides a central communication and management base for PLACES' programs. The Executive Director has an office here, as well as Accounting, Human Resources, Client Services and the Supportive Living Program.

Adult Care Facilities

North Main

The North Main facility was opened in March 1991 as PLACES' first ACF. This two story brick home needed few renovations and provides a lovely home for eight residents.

Trotwood

The Trotwood facility was opened in July 1991. This ranch-style home has many nice features and lots of outdoor areas. Eight residents call this facility "home."

Gascho Gardens (Linden)

In 1994, PLACES acquired a third ACF, and many of the original residents from Lexington Lodge relocated to the Linden facility. Gascho Gardens houses twelve residents.

Marty's House (Huber Heights)

PLACES' Huber Heights facility opened in December 1997. This large, ranch-style house has a sizable wooded yard and serves as a home for eight residents. In the summer of 1998 this home was designated as "Marty's House" in memory of Marty Santoloci, former Executive Director of PLACES.

"Housing First" Permanent Supportive Housing Facilities

Cobblegate

Cobblegate is a "Housing First" project housing ten formerly homeless individuals with serious mental health problems. An independent housing program, Cobblegate provides on-site supportive services 24/7.

Tangy Court

The Tangy Court facility opened in February, 2007. Another "Housing First" project, Tangy provides independent housing for eight chronically homeless individuals with serious mental illnesses. The project includes on-site support services around the clock.

Belvo

Housing First-Belvo opened in October 2009. This facility consists of two adjacent buildings housing eight individuals who have been chronically homeless and have serious mental health issues. Like the two previous Housing First facilities, PLACES' staff members are on-site 24 hours every day.
